About 20 kg: There is no perfect answer for everyone. Do weight watchers. Exercise everyday. A rough guide is that for women, you start at 100 pounds at 5 feet and add five pounds for every inch above 5 feet. So if you are 5 ft 3in, you should weigh somewhere between 115 pounds and 130 pounds.

Diet and exercise: Agree with Dr. G. You need a combination of diet and exercise. Joining a support group like weight watchers may be helpful. Take is slow and do not do a crash diet. Aim to lose about one pound or half Kg a week.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
