Diet and exercise: Agree with Dr. G. You need a combination of diet and exercise. Joining a support group like weight watchers may be helpful. Take is slow and do not do a crash diet. Aim to lose about one pound or half Kg a week. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
