Toenail off: If your toenail is coming off, it's better to have it trimmed off the loose edges. It should grow back normally at your age and relatively healthy condition. If it's too painful or you're uncomfortable with self trimming, see your doctor for a referral to your foot doctor. Hope this helps!

Bone spur: Pain under thenail can be due to mnay factors. One of the most common however, is a bone spur under the nail. An x ray can verify if such a spur is present. Pain could also be due to an ingron nail. This should be ecvaluated by a podiatrist.

Foot pain: Pain is not normal. If you feel it's lingering even if no swelling nor bruising, pain is your indication you need to see a doctor. I'd recommend asking about possible contusion to the location foot. You may need an xray to rule out other pathology. I hope this helps.

Ingrown toenail?: Hi. I can't say without seeing it, and I'm not a podiatrist, but it sure sounds like an ingrown toenail to me. You could see your doc for an assessment. If it is, you could see a podiatrist for a fix. Good luck!
