See your doctor: Please see your doctor. It sounds like your toe is infected, and this needs to be treated properly. Your doctor may remove a portion of your nail to allow the infection to drain properly. They may also recommend soaks with Epsom salt. Depending on the severity of the infection, you may also need topical or oral antibiotics.
