R/O PLANTAR WART: Plantar warts are commonly found on feet and hands . The dark spot in the middle is the vascular supply. It can be treated with FREEZING/LASER/TOPICAL MEDICATION. Also it may be a corn or callus. Seek evaluation by a good podiatrist.
