Fermera: Femara (letrozole) is used to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is often given to women who have been taking tamoxifen for 5 years. Since it may cause alteration of mental status you should probably not drive, and definitely avoid becoming pregnant. Have partner use condoms and avoid contact with body fluids.
