If biology is the reason given for a fx of the dist fib not healing what does this mean?

They are not sure: If a doctors answer as to why the bone didn't heal is "biology" then he does not know why and is basically saying this sometimes happens. In his defense, medicine is not as hard of a science as some think, and sometimes we don't know exactly why things happen.
