HALETOSIS: Seldom does a baby have bad oral breath unless there is infection inside the mouth. Have him checked by md.

Don't know: However, bad breath/oral odor can be a sign of an underlying infectious, anatomic or metabolic problem. See your provider for a good oral exam, to discuss possible gastric reflux and to ensure there are not any underlying metabolic concerns.
