Pelvic cavity disorders & lumbar disk pain problems not enhanced by lying down. Explanation is that pelvis bone structure is a ring & lying down imparts biomechanical stress around ring to loosest sacroiliac joint, thereby painfully stretching ligaments of this joint. Right Sacroiliitis: You have to see your spine specialist for evaluation. You will also need to be examined to rule out right sacroiliitis, which i suspect highly given your history. It is inflammation within the right sacroiliac joint from increased stress about the sacroiliac joint, usually not from degeneration. Evaluation to confirm diagnosis, and then treatments are available for this.
