Recliner ?: 25y female "injured low back & side" now has difficulty reclining in any position. Reason for this given in my comments section below. This might represent acute injury to the sacroiliac joint. An exam by an Osteopath or Physiatrist is indicated. Imaging studies might be needed to rule out bone injury. Laying half way down in a recliner might help by taking pressure off the pelvic girdle.
