Yes, but: Tramadol and Clindamycin are metabolized by the same enzyme in the liver, so you could theoretically get more of an effect from tramadol but the effect is so small you won't notice.

Clinda: Yes, if this is what your physician has prescribed. Generally this combination of medications isn't a problem.
