Not a good idea: Tramadol is a narcotic like pain reliever.It is synthetic opoid analgesic and Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is combnation of tylenol(acetaminophen) and hydrocodone an opoid natcotic analgesic and much stronger than tramadol and comes in various dosage forms.Combining these does not serve any purpose.Tramadol also work on opid recepters in the brain.There is increased risk of respiratory problems and seizures.
