Not a realistic fear: This exposure increased your total radiation dose only a tiny amount over the normal background that we all experience. Nobody knows how to quantitate the risk, but as a physician who remembers what things were like before ct scans ("neurosurgeon will open and just take a look"), don't hesitate if the scan is really indicated.

Radiology radiation: Radiation that can cause cancer in general is cumulative and not episodic like your question. Getting one ct scan is not likely to cause you any trouble.
