Should get eye exam: After blunt head trauma there may be a temporary blurring of vision, but the eyes should be checked to rule out any problem directly affecting the eyes, or related to complications from the diabetes. Also, sometimes the eye exam can reveal more serious problems that might be affecting the brain in general after trauma. It is preferable to have this exam by an ophthalmologist (medical issues).
