A member asked:

If i ask a medical question and different doctors have totally opposite answers how do i know who is right?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can be confusing...: A patient can ask the question, worded differently, to see what the doctors say. She can look to see how many other doctors have similar opinions or agree with certain answers. She can go to the doctors' pages and read the doctors' answers to other questions, to help her decide which doctor to place her confidence in. Sometimes more than one answer is right (more than one way to do something).
