I developed bradycardia 6 years ago. had a pacemaker put in and developed mobitz type 2 high grade av block.. my question is what caused all this? my doctors don't answer that question for me,just put me on a different high blood pressure medication?

There are many things that can cause bradycardia. You must have had symptoms or a pacemaker would not have been needed. Based on the info in your question, it is unclear what would have caused the mobitz 2 block, unless it was due to a medication that was adjusted or changed. Is the pacemaker continuously pacing your heart? If there is a known reason for the issues, your cardiologist would know.
