Not necessarily: It might mean that the doctors reviewing the question don't know the answer. Maybe the question was not clear. I often don't answer questions that are asking the provider to diagnose, interpret their studies or give them treatment. On the free public education site of HealthTap, we are all volunteers doing this as a public service. We do this outside of our regular jobs.
