Not always: It could that the question is vague or confusing and the doctors don't understand. Rephrase your question clearly and briefly. We will attempt to answer. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Not necessarily: It might mean that the doctors reviewing the question don't know the answer. Maybe the question was not clear. I often don't answer questions that are asking the provider to diagnose, interpret their studies or give them treatment. On the free public education site of HealthTap, we are all volunteers doing this as a public service. We do this outside of our regular jobs.
