We can't trace back: To your previous question. Sometimes questions aren't answered in a timely manner if they are vague, unintelligible, require an actual diagnosis (this if a public information forum currently), require really lengthy responses, too broad in scope, outside of provider's expertise (or may be they just got lost in the cracks).
