Hopefully not: 32 year old lady with concern regarding Barrett's esophagus. I understand your concern. The best you can do is follow your physician's advice and treatment. We are lucky to be able to have EGD for surveillance and you caught it early- that is an excellent prognostic indicator. Please see MD to manage your anxiety because it can affect how you are treated by others even during treatment. Good luck.
