More info: Asymettrical breasts are not uncommon. Breasts can change with cycles. However, if there is persisting enlargement or palpable changes or lumps this needs evaluation. Helpful information would be knowing age of your wife. Any trauma? Is there associated tenderness or drainage. Is pregnancy possible? Family history of breast cancer? Please repost with some more info.

Asymmetry: It is not uncommon for breast sizes to be different for women normally due to development at puberty. Breast feeding or pregnancy can also change breast size disparity (asymmetry). Make sure there are no lumps or masses by md exam appointment.
