I feel a lump in my breast when i am upright.when laying down i can't feel anything. i can feel one on the other breast but not as big. it moves too.

Get an exam...: Some breast lumps are felt best while upright. If you have found a lump, it would be best to have an exam and get it checked out. Breast cancer is not common at age 34 but it does happen. Better to be safe. Best wishes!
