Breast asymmetry: Contrary to common belief we are not symmetric, meaning we are not the same on each side of our body. One hand or foot may be a different size and it is not unusual for one breast to be larger than another. That being said if there is pain, if this is a new finding or you feel a mass in the breast it should be evaluated by a doctor.

Possible normal: Is one breast only a little bigger than the other one or a lot bigger? It is not unusual for breasts to be different sizes. If there is a significant difference, there could be a problem. See your doctor for an exam to know if this is normal or not.
