Probably ok: Obvious blue veins in the chest wall is commonly seen in light complexion, prominent breasts and is not a bad sign. Sometimes these veins can be cord-like, painful, and surrounding redness seen in mondor's dz which is blood clot within the veins. This is often self-limiting treated with heat and nsaid.
