Nothing: A lot of women have breast asymmetry. If greater than 1 bra cup like I assume in this case,it may cause psychological stress. Talk to a surgeon about breast surgery or implant. Research has shown though that women who opt for breast reduction are more satisfied on the long run than those who got breast implants.
