I am coming down with a mild flu and have my wisdom teeth surgery scheduled in 48 hours. should i go ahead with the surgery?

Call your surgeon: It's probably best to postpone the surgery if at all possible, even if your surgeon will go ahead with it. Flu and surgery. I wouldn't want that if it could be avoided. I suggest that you call your surgeon as soon as possible to discuss this issue.

Best to wait...: I would wait until your flu symptoms have abated. It is doubtful your oral surgeon would want to extract teeth on really sick patient.
