I am scheduled for a hyserectomy on monday and just came down with the flu, should i have the surgery? i am running a fever my head is stuffed up and have a sore throat and diarrea.

There : There is a good chance that you won't be completely well by monday. Usually it is best to postpone routine surgery until you are well. However, you need to let the hospital know where you are to have the procedure done. Both the surgeon and anesthesiologist can help to make the decision with you. I really doubt they would will want to do surgery with these symptoms. Take care.
