What's in doxycycline does it have any of the cillins in it like amoxicillin or penicillin or any of them answer asap?

No: Doxycycline is an antibiotic in the tetracycline class. It has no chemical relationship to any of the penicillin drugs.

Completely different: Not related to any -cillin antibiotics. No cross-reactivity for people with penicillin allergies.
