Joga: Psych medicines such as Lexapro (escitalopram) are very useful. Joga and meditation are also helpful.

Rage control: Consider working with a good therapist to get a better understanding of your rage. You listed "hopelessness" under conditions. Your hopelessness and aggressive behavior may be tied together. Take an anger management course to learn better ways to express and modulate your anger. Being furious all the time sucks- get help.
