If your sister is 18: Or >, she's responsible for her own medical care, including mental health services. If her intermittent outbursts harmfully impact her functioning at home, work & school & with her peers, she'll benefit from evaluations & treatments, possibly medication management + mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy, by a psychiatrist & psychologist. If she's < 18, your parents must decide to help her.
