No: Swollen glands are not normal. If swollen means you have an infection. Please return to your Dentist fir reexamination and treatment.

No: See your Oral Surgeon right away for evaluation and tx as needed. You should not have this type of post-op swelling at 3-4 weeks unless the surgeon advised you of the possibility. Get going. Good Luck.
