IBS: No one knows what causes irritable bowel syndrome, therefore there are no one size fits all rxs. I had it when i was young and it all but went away when i was older (around 30), stopped eating red meat, and developed more self-confidence.You can try digestive enzymes with meals, probiotics; but try eliminating red meat for at least 3 months and be aware of your emotions - maybe there's a connection.
