Er doc said i could have ibs, ibd, ulcer, hernia due to freq stomach pains could either of these explain my random wakein up shakein n stom pains?

Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort? Duration pain lasts? Is pain deep or superficial? Have you blood with stool or change in bowels? Any bladder/uti symptoms? What testing/results have you had?
