OTC preparations: It is probably quite safe to your general health and should not affect your genital herpes in any way, but might take a bite out of your wallet. The efficacy of any of these otc products is not known or proven or monitored by fda. If you want to lose weight use diet and exercise and will power, and that may help your joint problems.
