See below: Hard question to answer as all teenagers are different. I suppose it would depend on the type of exercise, medical health and history, and whether any perceived damage is occurring with the present regimen. Many coaches can push teens too far in training leading to all sorts of problems. As long as the teen appears healthy and has no complaints, and is doing their school work well, no worries.
