Exercise is vital: Aches/pains are typical when starting a new exercise regimen. Make sure you are stepping up your workouts slowly to minimize this instead of starting at a high level with no previous training. Exercise will not stunt your growth, in fact it helps to prevent obesity which can cause growth slow down. Drink lots of fluids, exercise daily, eat a diet rich in protein and get at least 8 hrs of sleep.
