Yes: You can have gout just about anywhere but it can be a bit hard to figure out it might be best if you sought the help of a good rheumatologist.

Yes: Gout is a disease of the joints, so essentially anywhere you have a joint, it's possible to have gout. Gout really isn't very common, though, affecting only 6% of american males and 2% of american females, so it would be a pretty unusual diagnosis for you.
