What could keep causing a red swollen sore urethra?

Urethritis, allergi.: First a urethritis need to be ruled out by a urine culture and urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Also gyn issues like vaginitis need to be ruled out as this an cause urethral redness and irritation. Also if any new detergents or soaps can sometimes cause an allergic reaction giving similar issues.
