4 month old is on the stage one jar food. he eats that along with a 6 ounce bottle and an ounce of rice cereal, then wants to eat in 3 hours. normal?

No: Avoid over feeding. He should be feeding 4-5 ounces every 4 hrs but if you have started stage one food then space out the feeds a little more.
