Green mucuosy specks on a 3 month old that has been feeding rice cereal exclusively because of intolerance to all formulas. is it normal?

No, rice cereal does: not provide the necessary nutrients for a 3 month old to be able to grow & develop normally. Your baby needs to be evaluated & treated by the pediatric specialists in gastroenterology (disorders of the stomach & intestines) & nutrition at the Hospital Infantil Dr. Robert Reid Cabral right there in Santo Domingo. I believe Dr. Milena Cabrera Maldonado heads the unit. Please don't delay.
