Cognitive therapy: Cognitive-behavioral therapy and/or couples therapy may be a helpful intervention here. While menopause may have seemed like where it started, this could be a correlated or coincidental event. Keeping your own head above water by maintaining your own mental and physical health is another way you can help, or at least prevent things from getting worse. Hang in there and seek some additional help.
