Yes: You awe in the peri menopause and things are changing . Hormones are less consistent , sometimes there are aging issues, passage of fertility, and depression is common during this time. Treating with hormone replacement sometimes helps but is not helpful long term. It's a hard time. If you've had depression before you may need treatment. Solving one problem at a time helps. Exercise regularly.
