No, get some help: Dear alfabette9, being post menopausal actually should lead to a decrease in depressive symptoms & increased energy. If you are tired & depressed all the time, 1st get a complete medical eval. If physical tests don't uncover a reason for the symptoms, contact a psychologist & see what is leading to the depression. A psychotherapist can help you figure out what is upsetting you.
