IVF: The national average pregnancy rate with ivf in a 43 year old is 11.7% per cycle of ivf, the live birth rate 5.9% per cycle of ivf and the singleton rate is 5.3% per cycle of ivf. Therefore at age 43 only 11% of the women who delivered had twins.
