No major concerns: You had blunt trauma to your forehead from the fall. Hematoma is just a small collection of blood beneath the skin surface. These can be resorbed on their own. If you fell hard enough, there is the possibility of a fracture. This is something that should be evaluated with x-rays and/or a ct scan after a full physical evaluation.
