NO: All sodas contain either large amounts of sugar or, if diet, toxic chemical sweeteners (perhaps even worse). Coco rico has about 30 grams (6 tsp) of sugar- the good news is this is about half of colas but still a lot of sugar, and it's high fructose corn syrup, a particularly unhealthy sugar mostly from gmo corn. So no, this is not safe; you could try natural coconut water, a much safer choice.
