Yes, but...: Coconut water is a very healthy drink, high in potassium(K), and other minerals with very little sugar and low glycemic index of 3! It is essentially a low sugar sports drink. Be careful and make sure you are drinking pure coconut water without additives, particularly sweeteners. Many companies will add sugar for flavoring, check the label! If you have kidney disease, the K/mag may be an issue.
