Rule out heart dz: Despite the previous diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, for which i hope you are at least under observation, the new shortness of breath should prompt a physician's office visit to look for heart disease or pulmonary vascular or parenchymal disease. I am very glad that you are exercising and want to continue. Good luck.
