Dizziness: Dizziness could be low bp/ low sugar. If you have associated sob, you might need echocardiogram for heart evaluation, esp if u feel lower legs swollen. You might need TSH and electrolytes checked for leg weakness.

Good evening. I had a pain in one leg about a week ago and 3 days later I experieced dizziness and chest pain and shortness of breath. What can be the cause?

Sometimes when I walk my legs and arms start to ache like I ran a marathon I start to sweat and feel dizzy and shortness of breath! what could this be! I also vomit sometimes when it gets really bad!?
Shortness of breath at rest sometimes and lying down, edema in legs, excessive sweating, cant exercise without getting dizzy, fatigue, all for 6 months, had echo, ecg, nuclear stress, Holter all normal. Could it be heart failure despite neg tests?
