Mother 88 yrs old has afib and a defibrillator and everyday swelling in her feet and legs she also has shortness of breath at times she has weakness. can she travel long distance (980 miles) flying is not an option.?

How is she going to travel? Her symptoms are concerning for heart failure and traveling that great a distance with those symptoms does not seem advisable. But, talk to her doctor to determine the best way for her to travel if this trip is really necessary. Good luck to both of you!!
