Minimal value: The baby asa dosing will not likely benefit for TIA protection even if used on a daily basis. The research data confirms that ideal asa dosing be far higher. Your most successful or safest approach is to use clopidigrel 75 mg daily or Aggrenox twice daily. Need to discuss this fully with your doctor and eliminate all risk factors, especially smoking.

Daily: It is advised to take Aspirin daily. Taking it every other day may decrease it's efficacy.
