Been taking arcoxia (etoricoxib) for a few days 90mg daily, and took a baby aspirin this evening, 100mg. can i still take arcoxia tonight? is it safe?

Yes.: It is safe to take the aspirin. It is to be noted that Arcoxia is an NSAID from Australia. It is not sold in the US. The 100 mg aspirin is still small dose and does not preclude you from taking it. I do not suggest doing this all the time. The foot problem suggests plantar fasciitis.
